+Events work slightly different from regular layers.

+When all an events conditions are met, the layer is shown until a set time expires or the animation the layer has expired, depending on how you set it up.

+This makes event layers different from normal layers in a sense that they aren't just shown as long as the conditions are met, but they show for as long as you configure them.
